I got “tagged” – Phishing Email

Posted by paul on in . |

If you receive an email stating “You’ve been tagged in a photo”, but you don’t have a Facebook account – it’s yet another Phishing email.  Don’t open it, don’t click on the link – simply delete the email.

If you own a Facebook account, you can turn off the setting which notifies you of every time you have been “tagged” to reduce the amount of emails you receive.
